A new world record was set today with 400 people stripped off naked and went into the sea. People form all over the world came to South Wales to take part in the world skinny-dipping record on Rhossili Beach in Wales, UK. It was an attempt to break the world record for the biggest ever skinny dip. Earlier record was of 250 skinny-dippers, this new challenge had to be verified by Guinness World Records. The organizer Alison Powell said that it will help to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care charity and the National Trust. He expected to raise more than £5,000. The participants shed their clothes shortly before 8 AM and bravely enter into the water despite wet and wind conditions. But their cries of joy were replaced by ooohs and aaahs once their naked bodies entered into the icy sea temperature (12 deg C).
